		<description>The one time I&#039;ve frozen tofu, I needed to use it before it was completely thawed out, so it was a bit of a struggle. But here, I&#039;m going to slice it into eight pieces, so it should thaw much more quickly, and hopefully I&#039;ll plan ahead a little better, too. Thanks for the kind words!</description>
